1. Returns Eligibility
You have 14 calendar days from the date you received your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
Unused and in original condition: The product must not have been opened or used.
Original packaging: The item must be in its original packaging with all labels and tags attached.
Proof of purchase: A receipt or order confirmation number is required.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following items:
Opened or used products.
Products that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or have missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item returned more than 14 days after delivery.
3. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
We take great care in packaging and shipping your orders. However, if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately.
Notification Window: You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Resolution: We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including any return shipping costs. Please provide your order number and a photo of the damaged or incorrect item to [email protected] to help us resolve the issue quickly.
4. How to Initiate a Return

The product you wish to return.
The reason for the return.
Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with the return shipping address. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect item).
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (credit card or original payment method) within 5-10 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven't received a refund yet, please first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 6. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different product, the fastest way is to return the original item (following the return process above) and make a new purchase for the desired item separately. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order.
7. Cancellations
Orders can be canceled only if they have not yet been shipped. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the standard return process.
